These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MY TOP CRM regarding your use of the application. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.
MY TOP CRM is a subscription-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for beauty salons and independent specialists. It enables users to manage customer information, tasks, appointments, team scheduling, product catalog, and calendar integration with Google Calendar. Access to the service requires an active paid subscription or an ongoing free trial.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the application. If you are using the application on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The application, including all content, features, and software, is owned by MY TOP CRM and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
You retain all rights to content you create or upload. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from customers before collecting and storing their information within the application.
The application integrates with Google Calendar subject to Google's Terms of Service. We access your calendar data solely to provide calendar features. We do not use your calendar data for advertising or any other purpose. You may revoke this permission at any time through your Google Account settings or from the Integrations page in the app.
Access to MY TOP CRM requires a paid subscription. The following plans are available:
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will notify active subscribers at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
New centers are eligible for a 14-day free trial upon platform approval. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, access to the service will be suspended until a paid subscription is activated. Trial eligibility is determined by the platform administrator and is limited to one trial per center.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis beginning on the date your subscription is activated. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize MY TOP CRM to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, access to the service may be suspended. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of the application or by contacting us at support@mytopcrm.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges or billing errors). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
The application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. MY TOP CRM disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall MY TOP CRM be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MY TOP CRM from any third-party claims arising from your use of the application, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the application.
While we implement security measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
The application may include integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such services.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes by contacting us at the email provided in Section 22. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MY TOP CRM regarding your use of the application.
