MY TOP CRM uses Stripe as our third-party payment processor. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment details (card number, expiry, CVC) are collected and stored directly by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only a tokenized reference and subscription metadata from Stripe.
We store the following billing-related data: your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan type, billing interval, subscription status, and renewal dates. This information is used solely to manage your account access and display your billing history. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
When you authorize MY TOP CRM to access your Google Calendar, we collect and process calendar event information (titles, times, attendees, and related metadata) exclusively to provide calendar synchronization features.
We do not use your calendar data for advertising, marketing analysis, or any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the application. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or from the Integrations page in the app.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information using industry-leading cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption. No online platform can guarantee complete security.
We may share information with trusted third-party providers that help us operate our services, including cloud storage and technical support providers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share billing-related data with Stripe solely for the purpose of processing subscription payments and managing your billing relationship. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from customers before collecting and storing their information within the MY TOP CRM platform.
